We stand behind the quality of our VitalVibe vibration plate. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

For change of mind returns, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refund will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
